Walt Disney World Railroad

Time: N/A

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Transportation

Summary: Board a train that circles to park to either relax, sight-see, and/or get to your destination without having to walk all the way across the park.

Our Opinion: If you want to get off your feet for a bit, this really is a nice place to relax while still moving around the park. Also great for kids who are fascinated by trains.

Trivia: The locomotive is actually powered by steam! Not only is this a better option than coal, but you may have a slightly longer wait at one of the stations while they refill the locomotive.

disney world ride recommendations ab adventures

Jungle Cruise

Time: 8 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement:

Type: Water Tour

Summary: The boat ride started out as a way to take a jungle cruise within the parks while getting to view animals. Over time it turned into a hilarious tour of the jungle waterways provided by the skippers (tour guides) as they share jokes and fun facts—now seen as the highlight of this ride.

Our Opinion: For those who love humor in all of its forms (with a Disney G-rating, of course) this is definitely the ride for you. It makes you feel as though you have journeyed away from the parks to the jungle while at the same time getting a comedy act along the way!

Trivia: Walt Disney actually intended to make this ride a serious one through various jungle waterways around the world. Marc Davis, the famous Disney animator, took a ride on the cruise with him and immediately said it was too boring. Of course, he was then personally tasked with fixing it. We have Marc Davis to thank for the start of transforming the attraction into the humorous one it is today.

Magic Carpets of Aladdin

Time: 1 ½ minutes

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Aerial Carousel

Summary: Climb right on a magic carpet from the Aladdin movie and soar through the air at varying heights!

Our Opinion: Great for kids and often has lower wait times than the Dumbo ride which is very similar.

Trivia: Watch out for the camels! They spit. Another fun note about those two camels at the front of the attraction… They actually were a part of a parade at the now Hollywood Studios park!

Ride Graphics 1.png

Pirates of the Caribbean

Time: 8 ½ minutes

Best for: All Ages (Small Children may be slightly scared with some of the low-light scenes.)

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride, Water Ride

Summary: Take a boat ride through the life of a pirate. You’ll sail right through a sea battle, the plundering of a city, and a jail scene all to the classic tunes of the pirates. It’s jammed packed with memorable characters and scenes that will leave it to be one of your favorites! Our

Opinion: We love this ride! It is a perfect mix of entertainment and adventure while showcasing the genius that is Disney in terms of their characters and sets.

Trivia: Many boat rides as this one actually move forward on wheels as the water is shallow enough for them to do so. This water ride is still shallow, but the boat moves forward by water jets!

tiki room opinion good or bad

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room

Photo of Walt Courtesy of Disney Parks Blog

Time: 15 minutes

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Animatronic Show

Summary: Join different types of animatronic birds as they put on a colorful, fun show just for you!

Our Opinion: We may ruffle a few feathers by saying this, but this attraction is not one of our favorites, even though it is such a classic. We actually enjoyed the Iago version the most. Now, it just seems to be missing something for us.

Trivia: The ride was one of the first to open in Disneyland. When Walt Disney World opened, they of course had to carry this one over to the new park to carry the nostalgia of it!

swiss family robinson treehouse opinion good or bad

Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse

Time: N/A

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Summary: Take your own tour through the treehouse of the Robinson family from the film Swiss Family Robinson. In the film, the family has been shipwrecked on an island and builds an elaborate treehouse to survive. You get to climb all the way up to the top of the tree, stopping by each of the rooms on the way!

Our Opinion: This is a calm attraction that you can take a little break and explore the area. You’ll always find some new detail there while also getting a pretty incredible view of Adventureland.

Trivia: The type of tree that this attraction is actually has a scientific name--Disneyodendron eximus. Yep. It means “out of the ordinary Disney tree.” If that isn’t the most Disney Imagineering thing you ever heard, we don’t know what is!

big thunder mountain opinion good or bad

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Time: 3 minutes

Best for: Older Kids, Teens, Adults

Height Requirement: 40”

Type: Rollercoaster

Summary: Take a crazy ride on a runaway train through the Wild West! Twist and turns will take you through caverns, passed wild goats, and dashing by deserted towns.

Our Opinion: Always such a treat to ride! If you want the wildest ride possible, sit in the back!

Trivia: One of our favorite pieces of trivia from this ride is the sound effects. We know; it is a bit random. Still, the sound effects of the trains rattling through the canyons actually come from the Indiana Jones: Temple of Doom film. Stop for just a moment and listen and you will never be able to unhear it.

country bear jamboree opinion good or bad

Country Bear Jamboree (Closed for Update)

Time: 16 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Animatronic Show

Summary: The Country Bears put on a show just for you, including some of their favorites: “Blood on the Saddle” and “All the Guys That Turn Me On Turn Me Down.’

Our Opinion: We wouldn’t say that you have to arrange your whole trip to make this attraction happen, but it is a fun one if you have never done it before now.

Trivia: This was actually one of the last attractions that Walt Disney hand influence in before his death.

disney world ride recommendations ab adventures

Splash Mountain (Closed to Reopen as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure)

(Soon to receive a Princess and the Frog overhaul! Check out the details here.)

Time: 11:45 minutes

Best for: Teens and Adults (Children if they don’t mind big drops)

Height Requirement: 40”

Type: Log Flume Ride

Summary: Journey to the Laughin’ Place of Brer Rabbit while also meeting Brer Bear and Brer Fox. You’ll see the characters of Song of the South and tour through a genuinely happy place that is the home of the Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Da song!

Our Opinion: We love this ride! Amanda could probably ride this one nonstop without ever getting board of it. Our favorite part is of course the biggest drop at the end. Part of that drop includes the stunning view of Cinderella Castle.

Trivia: Michael Isner wanted this ride to be particularly popular among the teens of the day when this opened. The movie Splash had just released and even though the top plots of the movie and the ride did not coincide, he named the ride Splash Mountain to promote the hype and popularity of this new attraction.

Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade

Time: ~3 minutes

Best for: All ages, primarily kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Shooting Arcade

Extra Charge: $1

Summary: For a dollar, you can take a few minutes and join a shooting gallery. It’s a small arcade that you get to shoot at small targets. One perk for kids is that there is a small pause between shots—meaning that not all of your limited shots will be used on one target.

Our Opinion: We wouldn’t choose to do it, HOWEVER…it is one that you have control instead of watching a show or waiting for a ride.

Trivia:

tom sawyer island opinion good or bad

Tom Sawyer Island

Time: N/A

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Walk-through

Summary: This small island has trails snaky through it with multiple stopping points to explore. Some of these include a floating barrel bridge, underground tunnels, a playground, and a lookout area. You’ll enjoy this little break from the crowds while you get to explore!

Our Opinion: We love taking breaks here after spending time around Frontierland. The bonus thing about this is that if you have kids, the island gives them a great place to explore and run. It is almost never crowded, giving everyone a nice break from lines and people!

Trivia:

hall of presidents opinion good or bad

The Hall of Presidents

Time: 25 minutes

Best for: Teens and Adults

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Animatronic Show

Summary: Take your seat and watch the curtains rise over the 44 presidents who have resided over the U.S.A. Listen to them tell the story of the Constitution as well as some tales relevant to their time in office.

Our Opinion: As much as parents would love to have their kids adore this attraction, many times kids are not thrilled by watching the presidents talk. For the history lovers and adults, this is a much more fascinating ride.

Trivia: President Lincoln’s animatronic is inspired by the Disneyland animatronic that appeared in the 1964 World’s Fair which eventually provided for the opening of Disneyland!

disney world ride recommendations ab adventures

Haunted Mansion

Time: 10 minutes

Best for: All ages, thou some kids may find it scary

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride

Summary: Hop aboard a “Doom Buggy” and take a tour of a dark, and humorously creepy mansion. The ghosts are out and about, ready to socialize as they accompany you through your tour of the home and graveyard. You never know what could happen on this ride, a ghost could even join you in your buggy!

Our Opinion: This ride is a “can’t miss” for us. The iconic ballroom scene and graveyard are our absolute favorites and we look forward to seeing them every trip! The history and stories the support this ride are endless as well. You’ll always learn something new—maing it even more fun.

Trivia: Did you know the voice of Madame Leotta is the very same as Lady Tremaine and Maleficent? True story.

Liberty Square Riverboat

Time: 17 minutes

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Boat Cruise

Summary: The riverboat paddles through the river in Frontierland, giving guests a beautiful view of the two mountains in the land as well as Tom Sawyer’s island. You will also get a nice break from the lines and crowds during this ride.

Our Opinion: We don’t always take time to do this attraction as we find other ones more enjoyable. However, if you really enjoy sitting back and watching what is happening around you, this is a great option for that!

Trivia: The river, though it appears deeper, is only about 7 feet deep!

Fairytale Garden: Meet Mirabel

Time: 5 minutes

Best for: All ages, though geared toward kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Character Meet

Summary: This area is most commonly used for character meet and greets. Mirabel from Disney’s Encanto is here to snag a picture with you!

Our Opinion: A great way to guarantee a photo with Mirabel for your collection!

Trivia:

Ride Graphics 1 (1).png

Dumbo the Flying Elephant

Time: 1 ½ minutes

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: Any Height

Type: Aerial Carousel

Summary: This is a classic ride for many people at the Disney parks. Dumbo takes a turn in an aerial carousel where you have control of raising or lower your individual elephant as it rotates around the central axis of the ride.

Our Opinion: There really isn’t much to make this ride unique from other attractions of its kind other than people just seem to adore this one. So, hope on for some nostalgia and fun with friends or family!

Trivia: This is the only Disney ride at every, single park worldwide!

enchanted tales with belle opinion good or bad

Enchanted Tales with Belle

Time: 20 minutes

Best for: Young kids, Tweens

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Interactive character show

Summary: This attraction is often a favorite of kids as it is super interactive (though for the kiddos who want to just observe, they won’t be pressured to participate!) The cast members ask for volunteers to cast particular parts of the show. Once everyone has their part, they journey through the attraction begins. It starts off in Maurice’s cottage and eventually you travel to a room in the Beast’s castle. Along the way, you will meet various characters from the Beauty and the Beast film in either animatronic form or real life!

Our Opinion: This is such a creative attraction, especially for kids! It lets everyone get up close to the Beauty and the Beast characters which is a wonderful part of the Disney magic!

Trivia: In the library segment of Enchanted Tales with Belle, there are approximately 12,000 book spines in the room. It definitely raises the feeling of grandeur! Plus, talk about library envy…

ab adventures disney world popular rides

it’s a small world

Time: 14 minutes

Best for: Kids, teens seem to enjoy it the least

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark, boat ride

Summary: Hop into a boat along the waterways of the world as you travel through various countries. The natives of each location greet you with a uniting song—one that you forget any time soon. You will drift by well-known sites like the Eiffel Tower and get to view other defining aspects of each culture.

Our Opinion: Whether you praise or curse the day the titular song was composed or not, no one can deny that this is a classic ride representing the heart of Disney. You can’t miss this one!

Trivia: Keep an eye out… Every room has a moon and a sun to pay tribute to the line “there is just one moon and one golden sun.”

mad tea party opinion good or bad

Mad Tea Party

Time: 1 ½ minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Spinning Cups

Summary: The classic ride of boarding a turntable that also spins individual vehicles atop that is turned into an Alice in Wonderland themed one here. If you love the dizzy spin of turning that wheel around as quickly as you possibly can until you wonder if you will ever walk in a straight line again, you will definitely enjoy this one. Though, we will say, you don’t have to spin the individual cups, allowing for a nice, leisurely ride in a small Alice in Wonderland cup.

Our Opinion: Anthony doesn’t enjoy spinning rides very much. (You can tell by the photo…) So, we do often skip this one for that reason. However, if you do enjoy these kinds of rides, it definitely is a fun version of it! For many, it is even a classic.

Trivia: Mary Blair, the designer of the style and costumes in it’s a small world, designed the cups and their art for this ride. You may see some similarities there!

Disney Ride Not Popular.png

Mickey’s Philharmagic

Time: 12 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: 3D show

Summary: Donald Duck is up to his normal, crazy antics in this show. While fiddling around with Mickey’s conductor’s baton at an orchestral practice session, he accidentally takes himself on a wild ride through popular scenes in Disney movies, careening through markets, soaring passed clouds and a magic carpet, and falling right into a big production from Simba. You get pulled right into the adventure that includes all the sights, smells, and even feels without ever leaving your theater seat.

Our Opinion: We never miss this attraction. It is such a dear one to us. And that pie smell! You can’t leave the room without wanting a slice of pie.

Trivia: We find this bit of information especially interesting… The original animators for some of the main characters (like Ariel and Lumiere) worked on this specific animation to make them fit this 3D showing! How cool is that?

Ride Amanda Likes.png

Peter Pan’s Flight

Time: 3 minutes

Best for: All ages, though teens seem to like it least unless you bring in the nostalgia factor.

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride

Summary: Take flight in your very own pirate ship that really does magically leave the ground and soar over vast views of London and Neverland! This ride particularly holds a warm place in many guests’ hearts with its particular feeling of magic and pixie dust throughout the attraction. There’s an unmatched air in this place as you soar by Peter Pan battling Captain Hook, the Mermaid Lagoon, and the Pirates aboard the Jolly Roger.

Our Opinion: This may just very well be Amanda’s most favorite ride in Magic Kingdom (maybe alongside Splash Mountain.) There’s something about this ride that holds a bit of magic not even touched by other attractions even with its simplicity.

Trivia: The technology that lifts the individual, pirate-ship vehicles was patented by Disney and soon adopted by many factories world-wide to move product on a track in the ceiling rather than the floor.

Pete’s Silly Sideshow

Time: N/A

Best for: Young Kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Character Meet

Summary: In Pete’s Silly Side Show, you’ll get a unique opportunity to see characters in different outfits than normal. If you are a collector of varying photos with the characters or have children who really love getting to meet them, this place is definitely for you! These particular characters are circus-themed. Here, you will have the opportunity to choose between two lines—one to meet Goofy and Donald and another line to meet Minnie and Daisy. You can’t meet all four when going through one line.

Our Opinion: As we said, this is a great place to grab those unique outfits for the characters. Its not one of our favorites simply because we aren’t big character greeters, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be!

Trivia:

prince charming regal carrousel opinion good or bad

Prince Charming Regal Carrousel

Photos Courtesy of Disney Parks Blog

Time: 2 minutes

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Carousel

Summary: This carousel is a stunner! Truly, we aren’t joking. Nothing is really different in the ride itself in terms of the way the carousel runs. However, the individual horses and carriages are immaculate. Intricate and elaborate detailing makes this particular one truly regal.

Our Opinion: The history behind this Fantasyland centerpiece makes this carrousel exceptional to us. We love all the details that go into keeping it pristine and attractive to guests, along with how the attraction can to be there. While it may not be the most entertaining ride in the parks, it holds a special place in our hearts.

Trivia: Did you know there is a special person assigned to keeping this attraction immaculate in color and shine? Yep, they spend hours making sure the paint is touched up and the brass handlebars are polished and shined for guests.

Princess Fairytale Hall

Time: N/A

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Character Meet

Summary: Meet favorite princesses in a gorgeous, regal hall! You can typically find Princesses Elena, Cinderella, Tiana, and Rapunzel here. They do sometimes change up the characters here, but there will be a sign outside letting you know which line to get in and for whom so you don’t go through the entire line just to find out that the characters were not the ones you were hoping for.

Our Opinion: This hall is absolutely stunning! It is one of the best places for guaranteed photos with the princess and yours are sure to turn out beautiful!

Trivia: The space that currently hosts the princesses today used to house Snow White’s Scary Adventures, the classic dark ride that originally opened in Disneyland.

seven dwarves disney world opinion popular

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Time: 3 minutes

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: 38”

Type: Low key rollercoaster

Summary: This roller-coaster lets us take a journey in a swinging railcar through the mines of the seven dwarves. You’ll see each of the dwarves from the film along with glistening gems that bring stunning color to your adventure. The rollercoaster itself is pretty tame—somewhat similar to Big Thunder Mountain in terms of the track, but immensely smooth!

Our Opinion: We really cannot get over how smooth this rollercoaster is. While we love the animatronics and the design of the entire ride, it continuously stuns us at how easily the carts glide over the track. Honestly, it raises the level of enjoyment for the ride even more!

Trivia: The scene at the end of the ride that you can view through the windows of the cottage is original to the now demolished ride, Snow White’s Scary Adventures.

The Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini

Time: Less than 1 minute

Best for: Young Kids

Height Requirement: 35”

Type: Low key rollercoaster

Summary: Goofy, or rather the Great Goofini, has decided he is a pilot now and is taking you as a passenger on his flight. You can imagine how that is about to go. Let us just say storming the barn is not the only thing that goes wrong!

Our Opinion: This ride is incredibly short. If you are expecting a thrilling ride on a rollercoaster, this is not it! However, what is great about this attraction is you can test how well your kids react to a rollercoaster-type ride. It is a perfect start for your kids if they are a little nervous about these kinds of rides.

Trivia: The Barnstormer ride actually had a theme and story centered around Wiseacre Farm, the area in which this ride was supposed to be set. The entire attraction had references to this setting and really expounded on it. However, when New Fantasyland was being built, this attraction closed for refurbishment and imagineers removed many of these references to Wiseacre Farm. There still is a nod to the old days though! Right when you enter the attraction, turn around under the big attraction sign and you will see a bunch of letters on the back of that sign. Those spell out Wiseacre Farm as a tribute to the old theme.

many adventures of winnie the pooh popularity.png

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

Time: 3 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride

Summary: It’s a blustery day in the 100 Acre Wood as you board a honeypot and breeze by the characters from the film. You’ll even get to pounce along with Tigger and step into Pooh’s dream of Heffalumps and Woozles.

Our Opinion: Amanda could ride this one over and over again and never tire of it. Anthony could tire of it. And he does.

Trivia: Winnie the Pooh replaced an immensely popular ride before it—Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. It was so popular that many guests organized campaigns and sat in front of the attraction with signs to protest the change. As imagineers overhauled the attraction, they incorporated small tributes to the previous attraction within the new one. The most notable is right after the blustery wind scene, as you enter into the room with Owl, look to your left and back just a little. You will see Mr. Toad handing the deed to the attraction over to Owl.

journey of the little mermaid ride popularity

Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid

Time: 6 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride

Summary: Dive under the sea to Triton’s Kingdom and the life of the little mermaid we all know! This ride submerges you right into scenes like Poor Unfortunate Souls and Kiss the Girl. You’ll also get to experience the colorful pageant of the song “Under the Sea.”

Our Opinion: What can we say… Amanda is in love with just about every dark ride out there. So, of course she loves this one. However, Anthony would argue that this attraction is not particularly entertaining nor innovative. It’s true that the animatronics and the scenes themselves lack the fluidity and movement of many modern attractions that Disney is creating. It really could use an update. However, it still has a particular magic to it that makes the ride enjoyable.

Trivia: There truly are so many fun facts about this ride. So, we are going to include a couple for you.

  • One that we find really interesting is that Disney had to create their own kind of technology for the skin on the animatronics. Previously, most of their characters had fur or wore a lot of clothes that allowed for them to avoid this. To make the Little Mermaid characters realistic though, they had to invent some new methods and materials that would do the job well.

  • This attraction in particular has some quite a few hidden Mickeys throughout the ride. See if you can find some! Even better though, some of the hidden Mickey’s outside make them some of the most unique in the parks. One is a full body Mickey, and the other… Well, the other one can only be seen at noon on Mickey’s birthday in the line of the queue. How crazy is that! You’ve got to be at the right place at the right time for this one and also hope for a clear enough day for the sun to make this one happen!

Astro Orbiter

Time: 1 ½ minutes

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Aerial Carousel

Summary: Take a spin in a spaceship overlooking parks of Tomorrowland.

Our Opinion: The views are pretty in this one, but we wouldn’t recommend making time out of your day just for this ride.

Trivia:

buzz lightyear space ranger spin popularity

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin

Time: 4 ½ minutes

Best for: All Ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Dark Ride/Midway Style Game

Summary: Get your competitive spirit to the ready here, because Buzz is about to take you battling into the galaxy against Emperor Zurg. You’ll board a car with laser guns where you will then take aim at all the “Z’s” that mark the spot! A final tally will show up at the end of the attraction. So, be ready for your trigger finger to desperately hurt after this ride comes to an end.

Our Opinion: We really could ride this one over and over just to see if we can beat our score or even beat each other. Sure, there are some aspects that need updating here, but we still enjoy it!

Trivia: Make sure to aim at the spaceships flying overhead in the dark tunnel and the Z right below the animatronic of Emperor Zurg to score higher points!

monsters inc. laugh floor opinion good or bad

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor

Time: 10 minutes

Best for: All ages

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Family-Friendly Comedy Show

Summary: Let the monsters entertain you as they seek to fill up their laugh tanks. New and old characters from the Monsters Inc. film will join you and share their best jokes to leave you rolling on the floor with laughter!

Our Opinion: This truly is a funny show. The actors speak through animated characters on the screen, but they are live behind the screen. They react and tell jokes in real time, making it all the more fun! You can even send in your own jokes for approval before the commencement of the show!

Trivia:

space mountain ride popularity ab adventures

Space Mountain

Time: 3 minutes

Best for: Teens and Adults

Height Requirement: 44”

Type: Dark Rollercoaster

Summary: Encased inside a ginormous circus tent-like building lies a thrilling ride through space. Besides seeing some starlight and lasers along your journey, your dart through space remains utterly pitch black. The twists and turns are infamous for catching you off guard as you dip through the galaxy!

Our Opinion: There’s a reason this is one of the most popular attractions in Magic Kingdom. It is really an all-around favorite, and we don’t disagree! Be sure to sit in the front of you want the really “dangerous” feel of being the first on your ship to shoot through space.

Trivia:

tomorrowland speedway opinion good or bad

Tomorrowland Speedway

Time: 4 ½ minutes

Best for: Kids

Height Requirement: 54”, 34” if accompanied by someone at least 54”

Type: Race track

Summary: For all those kiddos who are chomping at the bit to drive their own car, this one is for you! You get to drive your own vehicle in a controlled environment (on a track) without going too fast to make mom or dad reach of the breaks and/or pull their hair out. It’s a breezy turn around the track without going over 6mph.

Our Opinion: Amanda remembers loving this ride when she was little just because she got to sit in the driver’s seat. I mean, what kid doesn’t love that feeling. For many adults, this one may generally be too slow for enjoyment just by yourself. Obviously there are those who will always love this attraction, but it is our opinion that this one is best when with kids!

Trivia: This was an opening day attraction known as Autopia in Disneyland. When they opened, the announcers met some of the riders on the track—including Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. What wasn’t really shown on camera was many of the cars stalled, ran into other vehicles, and or were “hijacked” by kids jumping the fence to skip the line and grab a car.

Ride Graphics 1 (4).png

Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover

Photos Courtesy of Disney Parks Blog

Time: 10 minutes

Best for: Adults

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Slow train-like ride

Summary: The people mover is, in our opinion, one of the most relaxing rides in Magic Kingdom. It features glorious views of the castle, some behind-the-scenes looks into nearby attractions, and educational segments focusing on Epcot.

Our Opinion: Let us explain the “adults” under who this ride is best for. This one is really for all ages. Anyone can enjoy it. However, it seems that adults really take more of an interest in it. For kids, it generally ends up being a really good place to take a nap, though there are some exceptions. With that explained, we find this ride hides some great secrets about the park that you just can’t miss!

Trivia: The cars are actually magnetically pulled forward on the track. No engines on this one!

 Disney’s Enchantment (Closed)

Time: 15 minutes

Best for: Families

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Fireworks Show

Summary: Be swept up in the stories from Disney and Pixar—old and new—while watching the fireworks show above Cinderella’s Castle. The theme throughout this nighttime spectacular is “You Are the Magic.” You will find this threaded throughout the entire show. And you may even see Tinker Bell make an appearance. ;-)

Our Opinion: This show certainly is stunning. If you know us well, you know that Amanda especially loved the previous show, Happily Ever After. This is no Happily Ever After. However, it definitely stands on its own two feet as a solid fireworks option. For those who may not have visited the parks recently, you will most definitely be wowed by this show!

Disney’s Happily Ever After! Presented by Pandora Jewelry

Time: 18 minutes

Best for: Families

Height Requirement: N/A

Type: Fireworks Show

Summary: This show takes you on a nourney through Disney and Pixar film favorites over the years, including Tangled, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Incredibles, the Little Mermaid, and so many more. The theme throughout this nighttime spectacular is the song “Happily Ever After!” which we are sure will be stuck in your head for the remainder of the trip.

Our Opinion: It’s back! This is genuinely one of Amanda’s favorite fireworks shows at Walt Disney World. Granted, there is a bit of nostalgia there as this was the first show her and Anthony saw together. However, this is such a special tribute to Disney magic and the celebration of dreams. We hope you enjoy it too!
